Internet Explorer 7
Internet Explorer 7 has some good security features which we should all be aware of.
If you open Internet Explorer 7, Select Tools, then Internet Options, then select the Content tab, then the Settings tab for AutoComplete, you will see the AutoComplete settings like the figure below.
From here you can set which features you would like internet explorer 7 to remember. If you de-select all of these then you will not save any web addresses, usernames and passwords.
You can also delete your Browsing history within internet explorer 7. Open Internet Explorer 7, Select Tools, then Internet Options then select the Delete button under Browsing History, and you will see the figure below. From here you can decide to delete all Internet Explorer 7 history. At the bottom there is a Delete all option, which would delete all history. Other users will now not be able to view any of your browsing history, and web sites you have visited, any words you have typed into the search bar, and any usernames and passwords previously saved will have been deleted as well.
It’s a wonderful tool within internet explorer 7 !! Make sure you use it!
